Finally, the salami is smoked for six hours over smoldering embers of natural hardwoods. A Buffalo Cheddar Cheese Salami chub package weighs 1.20 - 1.40 Lb. The weight of the Buffalo Cheddar Cheese Salami is determined after it is fully smoked.

Ingredients: Buffalo, Pork, Ground Beef, Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), milkfat, sodium phosphate, salt, sorbic acid (preservative), annatto coloring, powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), salt, dextrose, mustard (5.5%), and other spices with not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate and vegetable oil added as processing aids, salt, spice, sugar, monosodium glutamate, naturally smoked, sodium nitrite, garlic, sodium erythorbate. Smoked with natural hardwoods.
