Refund policy

At Country Smoke House customer satisfaction is our main focus. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund minus the cost of shipping with the following guidelines.

Consumable items that are opened cannot be returned unless Country Smoke House requests it be returned.

All unopened products that were refrigerated after receiving are eligible for return/refund up to 15 days after purchase if Country Smoke House approves it within 3 days of the shipment being received.

This unconditional money-back guarantee covers 15 days from the date of your purchase. Items that are older than 15 days will be taken back on an individual basis only. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a refund/exchange. Please call or email within 3 days of the package being received for authorization and return instructions.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling for returned items. We recommend using FedEx, UPS, or another form of insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to us.
