Catering FAQ

Please order asap so we can plan for ingredient needs. Summer months are very busy so place your order before we reach full capacity. You may place an order ONLINE up to 7 days before your pickup date. If you need something within 7 days of your desired pick-up date, please call 810-798-3064, ask for Lisa, our catering coordinator.

In the summer months we will do our best to accommodate delivery despite our busy season. In June, July & August, there is a $500 minimum catering order for us to deliver and a charge to deliver; $50 within 10 miles, an additional $3 per mile after $10.

Yes, you can! Our entire catering menu with all options is now available online. Simply choose your items, view your cart and select your desired pick up date and time. We need seven days' notice for online orders. Our Catering Coordinator will reach out to you to discuss any details. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at 810-798-3064 EXT 3.

Our staff's knowledge and experience will help you choose the proper amount of food, so you will not have too much or too little. We will make suggestions, but ultimately youdecide on how much you want.

Our trays come in two sizes. Small Trays feed 20-25 and Large Trays feed 40-45 guests.

Yes we do, and they are marked with a 'Gluten Free' icon on our menu, and online.

When you arrive, please check in at the Service Counter and let them know your name, and that you are picking up catering. They will notify the Catering Department and direct you to pick up.
