We will package the meat based on your cut card. You will be able to choose how many per package or approximate weight per package.

No, we do not offer vacuum sealing for our custom cut programs. With our years of experience, we choose to double freezer wrap.  This consists of a layer of freezer plastic and then wrapped in freezer paper.

The yield can vary widely based on the cuts chosen.

During our busiest seasons, we temporarily put a pause on taking on new orders. Deposits are still encouraged to save your spot in line, just know that the time frame can take longer.
