We strictly ship via UPS for their top tier delivery services, except when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We must ship via USPS for those states.

To ensure every customer is treated fairly in the cost of their shipping, we now have weight-based shipping. A flat rate applies to an order that weighs up to 10 pounds. Every additional 5 pounds, an additional cost will be applied. See our Shipping Information for more details about your zone and it's rates!

Our Snack Stixs, Salami, and Jerky do not need to be refrigerated during transit. We do refrigerate these items in high volume at the Country Smoke House to ensure their longevity and put our best flavor forward. You should refrigerate them upon arrival.

Some of our products (like Brats, Kielbasa, Viennas, etc.) require refrigeration during transit and are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs. These products require Refrigerated Shipping. Our snack sticks, salami, and jerky do not need to be refrigerated during transit and are shipped at a lesser cost to you via Standard Shipping.

Yes, our Snack Stixs are shelf stable! They need to be refrigerated after opening.
