Contact our shipping department via email at shipping@countrysmokehouseinc.com or by calling our store at 810-798-3064 and selecting option 4. Please be ready to provide your order and tracking number (if applicable) as well as your customer information (the shipper), and ship-to information (receiver).
Shipping Info
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Our shipping department processes orders for shipment Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Thursday through Sunday will ship out on the upcoming Monday. We reserve the right to hold any orders for processing until they can be safely shipped directly to your destination.
Please note, to ensure proper delivery we must receive all valid address information including apartment number, suite number, or business name (when applicable). At this time, we cannot ship to a PO Box.
Product Stock
We prepare all our products fresh and in-house, therefore on rare occasions, your shipment may be delayed if a product is in the process of being prepared. Our shipping department will contact you as soon as possible if there are any potential delays in your shipment due to products being temporarily out of stock. Don’t worry! That just means you’ll get it fresh out of the smoker!
Tracking Info
Orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order is processed you will receive an email and a text message from UPS with your tracking information. You must provide both your email and a valid cell phone number to receive this information from UPS.
UPS Delivery Map and Shipping Rates
Please see below for an estimate of UPS transit days for your order. Please note, orders placed that cause a shipment to arrive over the weekend will not ship until the following week. (For example, if you order on a Thursday and you live in an area that is a 2-day transit, your order will ship the upcoming Monday.) This is to ensure food safety, and that your package is not stored in an unrefrigerated warehouse over the weekend. On some occasions Saturday delivery is available but you must call our store to arrange a Saturday delivery. Additional costs may apply. Refrigerated items that require 2-day shipping will be noted in the description of the product as you are placing your order.
