Elk Jerky

Our Elk Jerky is made from hand-selected cuts of elk top round. Naturally lean and high in protein, elk meat provides a healthy snack option. We season our elk jerky with a special crafted recipe and marinate it for 24 hours before slowly smoking it over natural hardwoods.
