Prime cuts of 100% pork, fresh peeled garlic, blended with our savory Country Smoke House European seasonings, slow-roasted, and smoked for 6 hours with natural hardwoods is what makes European Kielbasa perfect for an enjoyable traditional family meal. This is a recipe that has been in Steve Francis' family for more than 100 years. Your family will enjoy this authentic recipe as much as ours and thousands of other families have for years. It is our recommendation to serve this sausage as a Kielbasa & Kapusta or Kraut dish. A package of European Kielbasa weighs 1.29-1.41 lbs. The weight of the European Kielbasa is determined after it is fully smoked.
