Choose from a great selection of our Choice Beef cuts to build your own Butcher’s Bundle. Every option is Case Cut fresh to order, exactly like you’d expect from The Country Smoke House Butchers. Choose from: Teres Major, Flank Steaks, English Roasts, Chuck Roasts (whole or cut in half) and Sirloin Tip Roasts.
Butcher's Bundles require one days notice for pick up. Your meat will be freezer wrapped in 1lb packages, or 1 - 2 cuts per package. If you do not pick up your order on the scheduled day, we will freeze your Bundle for you so it
