All Case Cut fresh to order by our Butchers, choose from: Bone-In Center Cut Pork Chops, Boneless Thick Cut Pork Chops, Butterfly Pork Chops, Pork Steaks, Pork Country Ribs, St. Louis Ribs and Pork Tenderloins.
Your meat will be freezer wrapped in 1lb packages, or 1 - 2 cuts per package. If you do not pick up your order on the scheduled day, we will freeze your Bundle for you so it
