Elk Salami starts with lean cuts of premium elk meat. We delicately season them with our homemade blend of spices and then delicately hang the salamis in our smokehouse over natural hardwoods for hours. Elk meat is naturally low in fat and cholesterol but packed with protein. We recommend trying our elk salami sliced sandwich style as an alternative to your traditional salami sandwich.
An Elk Salami long package weighs 2.5-2.8 lb, a chub package weighs 1.20 -1.40 lb, and a Mini - 9-10 oz. (available in December). The weight of the Elk Salami is determined after it is fully smoked.
