Finally, the snack sticks are carefully hung in our smokehouse over natural hardwood embers for hours until cooked to Steve's liking. Ingredients: Venison, pork, pasteurized processed cheese [(cultured milk, water, skim milk, whey, jalapeno peppers, red bell peppers, cream, salt, sorbic acid (preservative), natural flavor, enzymes), powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), potassium sorbate and natamycin (preservatives)], salt, sugar, natural spices, garlic powder, smoke, monosodium glutamate, sodium nitrite. Stuffed into beef collagen casing. Naturally Smoked.
