Detroit City Distillery Pairing Dinner - August 7th

Join us Thursday, August 7th at 6:30pm for a very special evening of food and drink. The Country Smoke House will be hosting Detroit City Distillery for the final Pairing Dinner of the summer. For this event our Chefs have developed five courses, each complimenting Detroit City Distillery spirits and cocktails. The event begins at 6:30pm, tickets are $70 for Dinner and Drinks, with Dinner Only costing $50. Seating is limited, so get your tickets today!

Bacon Burnt Ends Spread

Our Premium Double Smoked Bacon Spread served on a toasted Baguette with Pickled Tomato.

Rye Black Nugget Steak Salad

Our shaved Black Nugget Sirloin Steak served atop an Arugula Salad with Goat Cheese, a Rye Mustard Vinaigrette and garnished with Fried Shoestring Onions. 

Chargrilled Mahi

Mahi fillet marinated and glazed with Summer Rum, chargrilled and served with a Mango Salsa.

Smoked Porchetta

Rolled Pork Belly seasoned and smoked, chargrilled with a Honey Barbecue Sauce and served with grilled apples. 

Toasted S'more

Chocolate dipped Graham Cracker with Toasted Marshmallow Mousse served with a Cherry Bourbon Caramel.
