Beef Cheddar Cheese Salami begins its journey as premium hand-selected cuts of beef. We delicately season the beef cuts with a house-made blend of spices and then they are tossed with premium cheddar cheese. Finally, our salamis are carefully hung in our smokehouse over natural hardwood embers for hours until perfection is achieved. Country Smoke House gourmet salami makes a great meat and cheese tray. The weight of the Beef Cheddar Salami is determined after it is fully smoked. Chub - 1.2-1.4 lbs, Mini (available in December)- 9-10 oz.
