Elk Cherry Cheddar Salami is a local and national favorite as it plays host to plump, Michigan Cherries and premium cheddar cheese. Our Elk Cherry Cheddar Salami is prepared in a similar fashion to our other award-winning salami varieties as it is mixed with our house-made blend of salami spices and smoked for six hours in our smokehouse. A tantalizing flavor that is overwhelmingly pleasant to the palate! This elk salami is just as welcome at Sunday Dinner as it is at deer or elk camp!

A salami chub package weighs 1.20 - 1.40 Lb. The weight of the Elk Cherry Cheddar Salami is determined after it is fully smoked.
