Chicken BBQ Jerky is made with never ground, always hand trimmed pieces of chicken breast tenders. We season and marinate the cutlets for 24 hours, smother them with our own Ole Smoky BBQ Sauce and finally smoked to perfection! Our BBQ Chicken Jerky is second to none! This jerky is Gluten Free. A package of Chicken BBQ Jerky weighs .20 -.25 Lb. The weight of the Chicken BBQ Jerky is determined after it is smoked.
