Beef BBQ Jerky is made from select cuts of prime beef, hand-sliced, seasoned with Steve's own crafted recipe, marinated for 24 hours, smothered in our own Ole Smoky BBQ Sauce, and finally slow smoked to enhance maximum flavor. A package of Beef BBQ Jerky weighs .20 - .25 Lb. The weight of the Beef BBQ Jerky is determined after it is fully smoked.
