The state grand champion Vienna dogs are made by bowl chopping select cuts of tender farm-raised beef and pork to achieve a mouth-watering blend. This mixture is blended with our 125-year-old family Vienna recipe, using natural sea salt. Finally, we gently stuff the perfected mixture into natural casings and hang the Viennas in our smokehouse over natural hardwood embers for several hours.
