Uncured Venison Jalapeno Cheese Snack Sticks start with hand-selected cuts of farm raised fresh venison meat. We season the meat with our own secret blend of herbs and spices and toss it with cubes of premium jalapeno cheese. Finally, the snack sticks are carefully hung in our smokehouse over natural hardwood embers for hours until cooked to Steve's liking. The weight of the Uncured Venison Jalapeno Cheese Snack Sticks is determined after it is fully smoked.
