Andouille Sausage is fully cooked, and can be sliced and served cold or warm as an appetizer; be careful to not overcook. Our Andouille is not too spicy but contains the perfect amount of heat to please your Cajun palate. We recommend our Andouille for the perfect jambalayas & gumbos or simply grill it up as an entrée. A package of Andouille Sausage weighs 1.09-1.30 lbs. The weight of the Andouille Sausage is determined after it is fully smoked.
