Keep your ticket and exchange it for your Fresh Cut Fries and the Fry Station. They are a popular item, cut and fried to order, so there can be a line at times. We’ll make sure you get your order fresh from the fryer in exchange for your ticket.

Texas Caviar is Salsa made with Black beans, black eyed peas, roasted red peppers, scallions and sweet corn tossed in a cilantro vinaigrette and served chilled.
