We blend our beef with our family snack stick recipe of secret seasonings and toss this mixture with gourmet cheddar cheese cubes to ensure every bite is packed with hearty flavor. Finally, we carefully hang our snack sticks in our smokehouse for several hours to bake in all of the juicy flavor! Each package of snack sticks weighs .70-.85 Lbs. The weight of the Uncured Beef Cheddar Cheese Snack Sticks is determined after it is fully smoked.
