Each ham is carefully trimmed by our master butchers. Every ham comes with a packet of glaze with a mouth-watering combination of honey, brown sugar, and spices.

1x European Kielbasa

This is our traditional, fully cooked, European Smoked Kielbasa. Prime cuts of 100% pork, fresh peeled garlic, blended with our savory Country Smoke House European seasonings, slow-roasted, and smoked for 6 hours with natural hardwoods is what make the European Kielbasa perfect for an enjoyable traditional family meal. This is a recipe that has been in Steve Francis' family for more than 125 years! Your family will enjoy this authentic recipe as much as ours and thousands of other families have for years. It is our recommendation to serve this sausage as a Kielbasa & Kapusta or Kraut dish. 

1x Holiday Kielbasa

Holiday Kielbasa is our best-selling and leanest kielbasa. We use select cuts of pork, ham, bacon, and a touch of beef and blend it with garlic and our famous family recipe of spices. Finally, the kielbasa makes it to the smoker for hours of smoked-in flavor and is finished to perfection. Our smoked kielbasas are fully cooked, aiding in a quick and easy assembly of an unforgettable entree, just heat and eat.
