Our best seller, Polish Kielbasa is a specialty at the Smoke House Deli each week. The kielbasa is raw and ready for you to cook and we are sure it will become a regular request by all family members. We use select cuts of pork with a small amount of beef. The meat is then blended with our special family recipe of spices, then frozen. Each package is a weight range of 1.2-1.35 lbs.
