As always, we finish our salamis in our smokehouse for six hours over natural hardwoods. A Venison Cheddar Cheese Salami long package weighs 2.5-2.8 lb, chub package weighs 1.20 -1.40 lb, and Mini - 9-10 oz. (available in December). I recieved my order very fast and packaged very neatly. I had never eaten much salami , but this venison and cheddar is out of this world in taste. I use it as a diet aid to curb hunger and stay away from fast food. The seasoning in this product is just right no overpowering taste. Well done. Will be ordering again soon.
