Sugar Cured Double Smoked Bacon is 100% pork injected and smoked with natural hardwoods to enhance the flavor with a touch of sweetness from the sugar. Each slab of bacon is tumbled in an enclosed rotating chamber to massage the flavors deep into the meat via a vacuum suction. The slabs are then laid to rest to cure for four days. The bacon is slow smoked over natural hardwood embers for 18 hours, forcing our special seasonings & natural smoke to penetrate deeper into the each slab, enhancing the flavor to peak perfection. The slabs are refrigerated for 24 hours and then AGAIN smoked in the smokehouse for another 18 hours to instill a nice robust smoky flavor! Amazingly addicting!
