Roasted Kielbasa is our very popular Polish/American traditional homemade kielbasa. We start with choice cuts of pork and beef and blend it with our family recipe of savory seasonings and fresh peeled garlic cloves. Our kielbasa is slow roasted in our smokehouse for six hours over natural hardwood embers. This kielbasa is traditionally served in America with kraut as an entree.
With Polish heritage in the Francis Family, it's a safe bet that you will find our Roasted Kielbasa is traditional and delicious. A Polish/American delight that is fully cooked just needs to be warmed or can be severed cold; be careful not to overcook. A package of Kielbasa weighs 1.30 - 1.50 lbs. The weight of the Roasted Kielbasa is determined after it is fully smoked.
