Our Elk Cherry Cheddar Salami is prepared in a similar fashion to our other award winning salami varieties as it is mixed with our house made blend of salami spices and smoked for six hours in our smokehouse. A tantalizing flavor that is overwhelmingly pleasant to the palate! This elk salami is just as welcome at Sunday Dinner as it is at deer or elk camp! A salami chub package weighs 1.20 - 1.40 Lb, and Mini - 9-10 oz. (available in December). The weight of the Elk Cherry Cheddar Salami is determined after it is fully smoked.
