We season and marinate the jerky for 24 hours, smother it in our own Ole Smoky BBQ Sauce, and bake the juices in while smoking it with natural hardwoods to the perfect taste and texture. A package of BBQ Elk Jerky weighs .20 - .25 Lb. The weight of the Elk BBQ Jerky is determined after it is fully smoked.
