Michigan Apple Cider Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Grand Traverse White Wine
  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoons Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and marinade choice of meat in the mixture overnight. Cook and serve meat.
