Much like our other award winning jerky, we season prime cuts of hand sliced beef top round but this jerky gets a 24 hour teriyaki bath prior to being smoked. Smoked with natural hardwoods to a moist and tender, Asian inspired treat. A package of Teriyaki Beef Jerky weighs .20 - .25 Lb. The weight of the Teriyaki Beef Jerky is determined after it is fully smoked.

Ingredients: Beef, salt, hydrolyzed soya protein, sugar, natural spices, extractives of onion and garlic, sodium erythorbate, less than 2% silicon dioxide(to prevent caking), sodium nitrite.  Naturally Smoked.
